高职高专图书馆员的职业素质如何直接关系到图书馆的建设以及能否为读者提供优质高效的服务。阐述了图书馆员职业素质的内涵,探讨了提高高职高专图书馆员职业素质的必要性及途径。
ABSTRACT： The professional quality of the librarians of higher vocational colleges is directly related to the construction of the library and the quality and efficient service for readers. This paper expounds the connotations of librarians＇ professional quality, and probes into the necessity of and paths for improving the professional quality of the librarians of higher vocational colleges.
