摘要
研究目的:探索新的土地整治路径并量化其主体间收益分成。研究方法:委托—代理理论。研究结果:引入第三方的土地整治将项目的总体收益在委托人与代理人之间进行平均分配是最优模式。研究结论:引入第三方主体可以更好地实现土地整治的模式优化并能有效保护农民权益。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the new pattern for land reclamation and the revenue distribution among different interest actors. Method of Principal-Agent theory was used. The results indicate that the pattern of equally allocating the revenue between principal and agent is a superior pattern for land reclamation. The conclusion is that the pattern with a third party can realize the optimization of land reclamation, and it also can protect the farmers＇ rights as well as interests more comprehensively.
