摘要
研究目的:依据全国国家级非高新开发区数据样本,对非高新开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系的合理性和科学性进行定量分析。研究方法:结构方程模型。研究结果:只有5个指标的因子荷载小于0.3,未能很好地解释其对应的潜变量;其他的因子荷载均在0.3和1之间,很好地解释了其对应的潜变量,指标选取较合理。土地利用状况和管理绩效之间的相关系数为0.98,偏高。研究结论:用地效益评价指标选取得较好,用地结构的评价指标次之,管理绩效评价指标的选取欠佳。整体来看,非高新开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系总体比较合理,只有个别指标的归类需要优化,该指标体系能够客观合理地评价开发区集约利用程度。
The aim of this study is to quantitatively analyze the rationality and scientific nature of the indicator system for evaluating the land use intensity in the industry development zones excluding the Hi-tech ones. Method of Structure Equation Model was employed. The results show that the load factor values of only 5 to 14 observable indicators are below 0.3, which means they cannot explain the corresponding latent variables well. The load factor values of other observable indicators show that the choice of the indicators is reasonable. The correlation of the coefficients between Land Use structure and choice of the evaluation management performance need to be ameliorated, Management Performance is somehow high, given the value at 0.98. It is concluded that the indicators of land use efficiency is better than that of the land use structure, and the is the worst. Generally, the evaluation indicator system is reasonable and only some indicators i.e. the system can objectively and reasonably evaluate the intensity of land uses in the development zones.
