摘要
传统的NaOH压煮法分解黑钨精矿 ,一般要求Ca<3% ,此工艺能否分解高钙矿早已成为研究课题。多年来我们对白钨矿低压碱分解工艺进行了试验摸索 ,现已应用于生产。实践证明 ,白钨矿NaOH分解在加入添加剂A和B条件下 ,碱用量为理论量的190%~300 % ,反应压力0.20~0.25MPa,保温时间3.0~3.5h ,白钨分解率可稳定在98%以上 ,从而达到了NaOH压煮法既能分解黑钨矿 ,又能分解白钨矿的目的。
Traditional NaOH pressure distillation technology has become a research item about decomposing high calcium minerals for a long time, this technology was applied in decomposing wolframite concentrate, the content of calcium was less than 3%. In many years, we have made some experiments to alkali decomposition technology in low pressure, at present, the results of experiment have been applied in production. The reults show: when the additive A and additive B are added in the alkali decomposition of scheelite, the alkali consumptions is 190%~300% in theoretical amounts; the pressure of reaction is 0.2~0.25 MPa; the heat preservation time is kept in 3~3.5h. When the decomposing ratio of scheelite keep above 98%, the NaOH pressure distillation technology not only decompose wolframite but also decompose scheelite.
