摘要
采用铸造仿真模拟软件ProCAST预测金属型重力铸造2A14铝合金连杆拉伸试样表面裂纹的可能形成位置,并与实验结果进行分析对比。根据模拟结果优选了实际金属型重力铸造2A14铝合金的工艺参数,通过降低铝合金的浇注温度、提高模具预热温度以及控制铸件留模时间等方法,可以有效地减少铸件的表面裂纹。优选参数为:铝合金浇注温度680℃,模具预热温度300℃,铸件留模时间控制在180 s。
The location of possible surface crack in the connecting rod tensile specimen of 2A14 aluminum alloy in metal mold gravity casting was predicted by casting simulation software ProCAST, and was compared with the the experiment results. According to the simulation results, the process parameters of 2A14 aluminum alloy in metal mold gravity casting were optimized. Reducing pouring temperature, increasing preheating temperature of the mold and controlling casting holding time in mold, etc can reduce the casting surface crack effectively. The optimized process parameters:the pouring temperature of 680 ℃, the preheat temperature of 300 ℃ and the casting holding time of 180 s.
