摘要
针对电工圆铝杆生产中连铸结晶轮在恶劣的工作环境下经常出现变形、裂纹和疲劳损坏,导致铸锭不合格的问题,以实验数据为基础,应用有限元方法模拟连铸过程中结晶轮的温度-应力场,耦合分析了均匀冷却和分段冷却两种工艺制度下结晶轮传热-应力场,从热应力方面总结了结晶轮的失效原因,提出了提高其使用寿命的有效方法。
Aimed at the problems of the deformation, cracks and fatigue damage of crystal wheel in poor working conditions, and resulting in unqualified casting ingot in continuous casting and rolling production of electrician aluminum rod, based on the experimental data, the thermal-stress field of the crystal wheel was simulated by finite element method, the coupling analysis of the transfer-stress field of the crystal wheel in uniform cooling and sub-cooling system were done, the failure cause of the crystal wheel was summarized from the aspect of thermal stress analysis, some effective methods was proposed to increase its service life.
