血管内治疗术中颅内动脉瘤破裂的原因分析及防范对策 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨血管内治疗术中颅内动脉瘤破裂的可能原因及防范对策。方法回顾性分析102例颅内动脉瘤病人的临床资料,均行血管内介入栓塞治疗,根据动脉瘤形状将其分为规则组77例,不规则组25例,比较两组病人发生术中动脉瘤破裂的差异。结果本组发生术中动脉瘤破裂5例(3.81%),其中动脉瘤形状规则组发生1例,不规则组发生4例,两组术中动脉瘤破裂发生差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论颅内动脉瘤血管内介入栓塞治疗术中存在一定的动脉瘤破裂发生率,而动脉瘤的形状与术中动脉瘤破裂事件密切相关,形状不规则的动脉瘤更易发生术中破裂。
