创伤后腹腔高压症／腹腔间隙综合征诊治规范 被引量：40

摘要 严重创伤失血性休克、烧伤、腹部创伤等在救治过程中常出现腹腔高压症（intra-abdominal hypertension，IAH），甚至发生腹腔间隙综合征（abdominal compartment syndrome，ACS），出现多脏器功能障碍。在ICU中，IAH和ACS的发生率分别为35％和5％，ACS死亡率为38％～72％[1-3]。
