2例干燥奈瑟氏菌感染性心内膜炎病例报道 被引量：2

摘要 干燥奈瑟氏菌（Neisseria sicca）属于奈瑟菌属,为革兰阴性双球菌,常寄生于鼻咽部黏膜,属于人体正常菌群,通常不致病。我院从2例感染性心内膜炎患者血液中均培养出干燥奈瑟氏菌,这是我院第1次培养出此种细菌;该种病例在国内外均十分罕见,相关文献报道也甚少。本文通过对这2例患者的临床特点及诊治经过进行分析,探讨干燥奈瑟氏菌致感染性心内膜炎的诊治要点。现将病例报告如下。
