摘要
与外贴FRP加固相比,内嵌螺旋肋钢丝加固梁不易发生剥离破坏,梁的承载力和安全性能均能得到明显改善.为便于此加固方法在实际工程中的应用,基于混凝土结构的加固理论,对内嵌螺旋肋钢丝加固梁的抗弯性能进行了理论分析,推导出不同加固量时的抗弯承载力、极限承载力计算公式,以及梁的最小加固量和最大加固量计算公式.对9根内嵌螺旋肋钢丝加固梁进行静载试验研究,结果表明计算值与试验实测值吻合较好,证明计算公式可用于实际工程加固设计.
Compared with FRP,the Reinforced beams with near surface mounted helical rib steel wire was not easy debonding failure,and their bearing capacity and safety could be improved significantly.For the convenience of the reinforced method in the application of practical engineering,this paper discussed the flexural performance of the NSM helical rib steel wire on the basis of the theory of concrete structures,and derived formulas for the bend moment,the ultimate moment,the minimal reinforced quantity,and the maximum reinforced quantity.The static load test study on nine beams was carried out.The calculating results agree well with the measured values from the tests of the studies.Thusly,the formulas could be applied to pertinent practical engineering.
