新疆维吾尔族、汉族冠状动脉性心脏病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块中放线菌的检测

Comparison of detection of atherosclerotic actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans in Uyghur and Han patients with coronary heart disease in Xinjiang

摘要 目的检测维吾尔族、汉族冠状动脉性心脏病(冠心病)患者动脉粥样硬化斑块中的特异性牙周致病菌-放线菌。方法选择2009-10-2011-05在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心外科行冠状动脉搭桥手术的患者,术中通过动脉内膜切除术收集冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块157例,维吾尔族88例,汉族69例,其中男性119例,女性38例,年龄(58.2±8.1)岁。采用Chelex-100法提取动脉粥样硬化斑块中的放线菌DNA,通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测斑块中的放线菌。结果 157例动脉粥样硬化斑块中检出放线菌23例,其中维吾尔族21例,汉族2例。细菌的PCR产物经测序,与GenBank数据库中的序列比对同源性达99%。结论动脉粥样硬化斑块中特异性牙周致病菌放线菌在维吾尔族、汉族中的检出率存在差异。 Objective The aim of this study was to detect the specificity periodontal pathogenic bacteria actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) of coronary atherosclerotic plaques in Uyghur and Han patients in Xinjiang. Methods Coronary atheromatous plaque samples were obtained from a total of 157 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the department of cardiovascular surgery from October 2009 to May 2011. Among 157 patients, including 119 males and 38 females, there were 88 Uyghur patients and 69 Han patients. The average age was (58.2±8.1) years. The actinobacillus DNA was extracted from coronary atherosclerotic plaques by using the chelex-100 method, and the actinobacillus was detected by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results In 157 samples of the coronary atherosclerotic plaques, there were 23 cases of actinobacillus actinomyce temcomitans, 21 cases were Uyghur and 2 cases were Han. PCR products were sequenced and were compared with GenBank sequences. The homology was 99%. Conclusion The detection rate of atherosclerotic plaques in specificperiodontal pathogens Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans is different between Uyghur and Han population.
