摘要
FDI对就业具有积极的影响,利用沿海三市的实际外商直接投资额和外商直接投资企业就业人数的指标来分析FDI对沿海三市就业的不同影响,得出FDI对南通市就业影响最大,盐城次之,连云港最弱的结论,其主要原因是产业结构的合理性、基础设施的建设、投资软环境建设的不同。沿海三市可以通过加快相关领域开放、进一步扩大服务业领城和鼓励外商投资高科技产业等措施来促进就业。
FDI has a positive effect on employment.This paper uses the quantity of foreign direct investment and the employment capacity in the foreign enterprises to analyze the different effect of FDI on employment of three costal cities in Jiangsu. And we can draw a conclusion that FDI has the most significant effect on employment in Nantong, followed by Yancheng and Lian yungang. There are several reasons for this phenomenon, including the differences on the rationality of industrial structure, infrastructure construction and the soft environment. In order to increase employment,they should take some measures ,such as speed up their openness especially in service industry and abstract FDI to flow into High-tech industries.
