摘要
在加快科学发展的新形势下,金融在优化资源配置、促进城乡发展、改善民生等方面的起着越来重要的作用,越来越成为统筹城乡发展的重要力量。嘉兴市围绕"两分两换"而展开的金融体制改革取得了显著成效,但同时也存在着土地制度不尽合理、金融资源安全性保障不高等影响金融资源优化配置的主要障碍,因此,需要进一步加快农村土地制度改革,完善农村金融支持体系,推进农村信用体系建设等。
Under the new situation of accelerating scientific development, the financial plays an increasingly important role in optimizing resource allocation, promoting development of urban and rural, improving people＇s livelihood, and has increasingly become an important force in the urban and rural development. Jiaxing has made remarkable achievements in the financial system around ＂two and two- for-initiated reform, but also there are major obstacles of unreasonable land system, low security protection of financial resources to affect financial resources optimized configuration, therefore, it is necessary to further accelerate the reform of the rural land system, improve the support system of financial in rural areas and promote rural credit system, and so on.
