摘要
介绍了韶钢 1号、2号两台 2 4 m2 烧结机扩容改造的主要内容 ,包括原料系统、混合料系统、主机及抽风系统、整粒系统、除尘系统等。通过改造 ,该厂具备了年产 138万 t烧结矿的生产能力 ,为提高炼铁生产指标和韶钢增产降耗创造了条件。
The main modification items such as raw material system,mixing system,main sintering machine and down- draft system, sizing system,dedusting system etc.of Shaogang №1 and №2 sitering machine were presented in this paper. After modification, this plant was possessed of 1.38Mt/a capacity.
