创伤控制理论在严重多发伤中的应用进展 被引量：1

摘要 严重多发伤伤情复杂,机体内环境严重紊乱,对全身各个系统功能均可能产生严重的损害,病死率高。大部分严重多发伤伤员送达急诊科时已处于重度失血性休克等危及生命的状态,均须立刻手术治疗。如按照常规进行长时间确定性手术,往往伤员难以承受手术所带来的第二次打击，术后也极易出现全身炎症反应综合症（systemicinflammationreactionsyndrome，SIRS）和多器官功能障碍综合征（multipleorgansdis—functionsyndrome，MODS）。
