摘要
目的 :分析在血液分析仪上作血小板计数 (PLT)时出现报警信号时的干扰因素及其异常的直方图。方法 :用EDTA K2抗凝的静脉血在血液分析仪上作血小板参数分析。结果 :在计数中 ,当PLT有干扰时可出现两种报警信号 :上面区域干扰(URI)和下面区域干扰 (LRI) ,包括三种异常的血小板直方图 ,其干扰因素中绝大多数对血小板计数结果有严重影响。结论 :正确分析PLT时出现的各种报警信号及其异常的直方图 ,并作出正确处理 ,确保检验结果的准确性。
?Objective:To analyse the interference factors and histograms when alert signs displayed in Automated Heamatologic Analyser during platelet count(PLT).Methods:The blood samples anticoagulated with EDTA K\-2 were tested for PLT parameters with in four hours after collection.Results:There were 2 kinds of alert signs upper and lower regional interference,that the PLT results were interfered,and three types of abnormal histograms were showen.Most of them seriously effected the PLTs results.Conclusions:The results suggest that all kinds of alert signs and abnormal histograms should be correctly analysed to give an accurate reasult.
