摘要
目的 调查河南省中等卫生职业学校护理教师科研能力的现状,分析其影响因素。方法 采用自行设计问卷,对参加"河南省护理教师骨干培训班"的16所学校的86名中等卫生职业学校护理教师进行调查。结果 中等卫生职业学校护理教师科研能力总分在0~101分之间,中位数为33分。各维度得分指标由高到低依次为论文写作知识、科研基础知识、统计学知识、软件操作技能及课题申请知识。多元回归结果显示,科研时间及学历是护理教师科研能力的影响因素,这2个因素共同解释护理教师科研能力总变异的49.3%。结论 我省中等卫生职业学校护理教师科研能力偏低,科研时间及学历是其科研能力的影响因素,应针对具体情况给予相应的干预和支持。
Objective To investigate the research ability of nursing teachers in secondary vocational health schools,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the research ability of 86 nursing teachers in 16 secondary vocational health schools.Results The score of research ability of the nursing teachers in secondary vocational health schools ranged from 0 to 101,and the median was 33.The domains scored from the higher to the lower were paper writing knowledge,basic knowledge of research,statistical analysis knowledge,the manipulative skills of statistical software and research project application knowledge.Multiple regression analysis revealed that research time and educational level were the influencing factors of research ability of nursing teachers;these two factors could explain about 49.3% variance in research capacity.Conclusion The research ability of nursing teachers in secondary vocational health schools in Henan province is at a relative lower level,and is influenced by research time and educational level.It is suggested to provide targeted intervention and support for them according to their conditions.
