摘要
目的 :统计 32例急性动脉栓塞病例 ,就该病术前准备的注意事项及影响治疗效果的因素进行讨论。方法 :所有患者均行动脉取栓术 ,另有 5例加做旁路移植或静脉动脉化。术前所有患者均溶栓、抗凝治疗。结果 :肢体血运改善 ,完全存活者 2 4例 ,截肢 6例 ,死亡 2例。结论 :根据临床表现既能作出动脉栓塞的诊断并立即开始治疗 ,术前应给予抗凝、溶栓治疗。影响治疗效果的因素有取栓时间、动脉硬化狭窄或闭塞等因素。
?Objective:To investigate the importance of preoperative care and its influence on the effect of treatment in acute arterial embolism of the limbs.Methods:Thirty two patients with arterial embolism in the limbs were treated with thrombectomy.Additional operation was made in 5 cases with vessel transplantation or venous arterialization and thrombolytic and anticoagulating agents were given before and after operation.Results:Blood supply of the limbs was improved with complete survival in 24 cases,amputation in 6 and died in 2.Conclusions:Diagnosis and treatment can promptly be made according to the clinical manifestations.Thrombolytic and anticoagulating agents should be given before and after operation.Influential factors of treatment are the time of thrombectomy,arteriosclerosis causing partial or complete occlusion.
