摘要
目的 :探讨血清铜蓝蛋白氧化酶 (sCP)活性变化与妇科肿瘤的关系。方法 :采用联大茴香胺酶比色法测定良性肿瘤 30例、恶性肿瘤 47例、恶性肿瘤根治术后 12例及正常对照组 12 5名女性的血清sCP活性。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者sCP活性明显高于良性肿瘤患者、行根治术后的恶性肿瘤患者及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而良性肿瘤患者、行根治术后的恶性肿瘤患者及正常对照组sCP活性之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :sCP活性检测对于妇科良性和恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有一定价值 ,且可作为观察恶性肿瘤患者病情变化的重要生化指标。
?Objective:To study the relation between serum ceruloplasmin oxidase(sCP) activity and tumors in gynecology.Methods:The sCP activity was detected in 30 patients with benign tumor,47 patients with malignant tumor,12 with malignant tumor after operation and 125 healthy women.Results:The sCP activity in patients with malignant tumor was obviously higher than that in patients with benign tumors,the patients with malignant tumors after operation and healthy individuals( P <0.01).However the sCP activity showed no significant difference among the patients with benign tumors,the patients with malignant tumors after operation and the healthy individuals( P >0.05).Conclusions:The detection of sCP activity is helpful in the differentiating benign and malignant tumors and can be used as a parameter in watching the changes in malignant tumors.
