摘要
简要说明低压省煤器的节能原理及系统布置,介绍某220 MW机组增设低压省煤器的改造方案。根据相关要求,设计计算了5种工况,应用常规方法计算了改造前后机组的抽汽份额,并对热经济性指标进行了对比。结果表明:排烟温度分别降低20℃,25℃,30℃时,机组发电标煤耗率可降低约1.86g/kW.h,2.4 g/kW.h,2.85 g/kW.h。在低压省煤器进出口烟温降低相同幅度时,低压省煤器中凝结水相对高温升、小流量的工况可以获得更好的效益。
In this paper, briefly introduces the low pressure economizer energy saving principle and system arrangement, together with the modification scheme of installation low pressure economizer in a 220 MW unit. According to the relevant requirements, design and calculation is conducted for five conditions; conventional methods is applied to calculate the steam extraction coefficient of the unit before and after the transformation, and the ther- mal efficiency indices are compared. The results show that when the exhaust gas temperature respectively drop 20 ℃ , 25 ℃, 30℃, standard coal consumption rate could reduce about 1.86 g/kW· h , 2. 4 g/kW · h and 2. 85g/ kW · h. As low pressure gas temperature import and export the economizer drop the same, relatively higher temperature rises, smaller flow for the condensate in low pressure economizer can get better benefits.
