摘要
通过对46例双肾重度积水,肾脓肿等患者B超引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘,认为做好术前心理护理及物品准备,术中、术后的密切观察及护理配合是使患者顺利度过手术减少术后并发症的重要保证。
Study of the cooperation and nursing of forty-six patients suffered from heavy nephrohy-drosis and renal abscess at every stage across dealing with renipunctural fistulation. We regard the perfect psychologic nursing, good preparation of the apparatus, careful observation during the operation as very important assurance helping patients getting through operation and lessening the occurrence of complications.
