摘要
乳糜胸是由于胸导管损伤、淋巴液外流而形成。外科治疗的方法是将胸导管结扎。本文通过3例次在电视胸腔镜下胸导管结扎术患者的护理,提出术前做好患者的心理护理,消除思想顾虑并做好充分的准备工作;术后严密监测生命体征的变化,注意观察引流情况,做好术后护理预防并发症及做好饮食指导,鼓励患者早期下床活动,减少镇痛药物使用,对手术的成功及术后康复均有重要意义。
Chylothorax is an accumulation of fluid, rich in triglycerides and characterized by the presence of chylomicrons, in the pleural space, always coursed by trauma of chest duct. Chest duct ligation is usually preformed as an effective surgical treatment. This paper summarized the nursingpoints according to three cases who received this kind of operation by VATS, pointed put that psy-chological nursing care and proper preparation before operation, vital signs and fluids observation after operation, direction of meal, move about in the early stage and decreasing the use of analgesia drugs are all very important.
