不同来源油脂在肉仔鸡饲粮中的应用效果 被引量:2

Assessment of different types of oils on performance and nutrient utilization of broilers

摘要 选取320只1日龄AA+肉仔鸡随机分成4组,每组8个重复(公母各半),每个重复10只,分别饲喂含5%菜籽油、牛油和混合油饲粮,并设无油脂饲粮为对照组.结果表明:基础饲粮添加5%菜籽油、混合油与基础饲粮添加牛油相比,显著降低了1~21日龄肉仔鸡的料重比(P<0.05),提高了平均日增质量.基础饲粮添加油脂组肉仔鸡21日龄回肠末端干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)的消化率及表观代谢能(AME)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);基础饲粮添加菜籽油组的肉仔鸡DM消化率显著高于牛油添加组和对照组(P<0.05).基础饲粮添加菜籽油组肉仔鸡1~3周龄DM、EE的表观消化率均显著高于牛油添加组和对照组(P<0.05);基础饲粮添加油脂组N存留率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且添加油脂组之间无显著性差异;基础饲粮添加菜籽油和混合油组肉仔鸡的AME值显著高于牛油添加组和对照组(P<0.05).经济效益分析表明,混合油在玉米-豆粕-杂粕型饲粮中的经济效益最佳,菜籽油次之,牛油较差. Three hundred twenty day-old AA+ broilers were randomly allocated into 4 dietary treatments.The experiment duration was 3 weeks.Each treatment had 8 replicate pens with 10 broilers per pen.Four treatments consisted of rapeseed oil,tallow,blend oil and the control group which contained no oil.The oil inclusion level was 5%.The results showed that rapeseed and blend oil groups significantly decreased feed conversion ratio(P0.05) and improved the average daily gain comparing with the group containing tallow.All three oil groups significantly improved digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE) and apparent metabolism energy(AME) comparing with the control group(P0.05).Rapeseed oil group significantly improved apparent digestibility of CP comparing with tallow and blend groups(P0.05);However,there were no differences between different oil types(P0.05).The three oil treatment groups improved the level of nitrogen retention comparing with the control group(P0.05);rapeseed and blend oils improved AME comparing with tallow and the control group(P0.05).The economic efficiency analysis showed that the effect of rapeseed oil was better than blend oil and tallow oil.
