摘要
目的:探讨问题为基础的学习(Problem-BasedLearning,PBL)教学法在临床诊断学教学的效果及意义。方法:以吉林大学白求恩医学院临床医学专业三年级学生60人为研究对象,实验组(n=30)采用PBL教学法,对照组(n=30)采用以讲座为基础的传统教学法(Lecture Based Learning,LBL)。采用笔试、技能考核、问卷调查方式分析教学结果。结论:PBL教学法能够有效地提高教学质量,具有一定的现实意义。
Objective: To evaluate the effect and significance of problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of diagnostics. Methods: A total of 60 students were assigned to the lecture-based learning (LBL) group (n= 30) and PBL group (n= 30). The written examination, technical ability examination and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Conclusion:PBL used in general practice teaching can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
