摘要
通过对备件保障中实际存在问题的分析,阐述了备件资源整合的基本思想,说明了资源整合的具体内容和模式,提出了基于供应链信息共享的备件资源整合方法。最后给出了备件资源整合的模型示例,描述了备件资源整合的实现途径。
According to analysis of actual problem in spares support,a new method for spares resource integration based on information sharing in supply chain is proposed.In this method,the basic idea of spares resource integration is put forward,the details and modes of resource integration are explained.Finally,the spares resource integration approach is introduced by a example of integration model.
