摘要
微软Office系列办公套件,在日常办公中已经获得了广泛的应用,但其所支持的办公自动化因为技术深入,还未能在非技术人员中得到应用。各种繁复的文档操作,如果完全按照人工编辑,不但费时费力,而且容易出错。文中在此方面进行了部分探索,利用Excel中的VBA编程,以及Office自动化技术,以工资单为例,实现从原始Excel文档中自动提取数据,自动批量生成Word文档形式的通知单。
Microsoft Office application suite,in the daily office has received a wide range of applications,but it supports office automation(Office Automation) because of technical depth,not yet in a non-technical personnel to be applied.A variety of complex document manipulation,in full accordance with human editors,not only time-consuming and error-prone.Part of the exploration in this regard,the use of VBA programming in Excel,and Office automation technology,payroll,for example,achieve the automatic extraction of data from the original Excel document,automatic batch to generate a Word document in the form of notice.
