基于HFSS的有孔屏蔽体的屏蔽效能分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了解腔体结构和孔缝对屏蔽效能的影响,寻找提高屏蔽效能的方法,在建立单层腔体的物理模型的基础上对单腔做了改进,建立孔阵和带有分仓的矩形腔体模型,使用有限元仿真软件HFSS对屏蔽效能进行仿真和分析。结果表明:分仓可以使腔体内仓的屏蔽效能提高,但对外仓的屏蔽效能影响不大,而且分仓会使主谐频率发生偏移;在保持孔缝面积不变的情况下,孔阵的屏蔽效能比单腔要好,而且缝隙长宽比越小,屏蔽效能越好。 To discuss the influence of structure of cavity and apertures in the SE and look for methods of improving shielding effectiveness,based on the physical model of one-layer cavity,this paper makes a amelioration for one-layer cavity: the models of aperture arrays and rectangular cavity with separate room are built.Meanwhile,the Finite Element Modeling(FEM) software(HFSS)is used to simulate and analyze the shielding effectiveness.The results is concluded below:Firstly,the shielding effectiveness of the inner cavity of a rectangular cavity can be improved by using a separate room,but the influence on the outer cavity of a rectangular cavity is not obvious,while the dominant resonant frequency changes.Secondly,when the area of apertures keeps the same,the shielding effectiveness can be improved by increasing the number of apertures.Moreover,the ratio of length and width is smaller;the shielding effectiveness will be better.
