摘要
主要研究基于C++Builder的数字微镜器件(Digital Micro-mirror Device,简称DMD)多路并行扫描共焦检测系统三维重建方法,将实验采集的虚拟针孔位图经过拟合后得到三维坐标数据,将其网格化后,采用集成OpenGL的C++Builder开发三维重建软件系统并重建三维图形,实验结果成功还原了被测物表面的微结构。
This paper primarily researched 3D reconstruction of the DMD(Digital Micro-mirror Device) multi-point parallel confocal inspection system based on C+ + Builder,with the virtual pinhole bitmap collected from the laboratory after fitting,three-dimensional coordinate data was obtained,then made them grid.After the three-dimensional reconstruction software system compiled by C+ + Builder OpenGL,the three-dimensional graphics were rebuild,and the results showed that the surface of the micro-structure was restored successfully.
