摘要
利用区位熵来衡量建筑产业集聚程度,考虑区位因素和新经济地理因素对建筑产业的集聚影响,建立其对区位熵的回归模型,对我国建筑产业集聚程度的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,2005～2009年,产业发展水平和本地市场效应是影响建筑产业集聚程度的主要因素;经济基础与建筑产业集聚程度成负相关关系;区位因素和人力资本对集聚影响较小,运输成本的作用不明显。
This paper empirically analyzed the influencing factors of construction industrial agglomeration based on the effects of location factors and new economic geographical factors. The results show. from the year 2005 to 2009, the level of industrial development and local market effects are the main factors influencing the degree of industrial agglomeration; the economic foundation has a negative relationship with construction industrial agglomeration; the impact of location factors and human capital factor is smaller, and transportation cost factor is not obvious.
