摘要
报告 6 7例小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病 (以下简称急淋 )骨髓中巨核细胞的变化 ,有 16 4 %的患儿巨核细胞数量正常和增高 ,其中幼稚型巨核细胞比例增高 ,颗粒型阶段明显增高 ,产板型阶段明显减少 ,同时伴有巨核细胞形态学改变。骨髓及外周血片上血小板分布以罕见及少见为主。
The change and the morphology of megakaryocyte on bone marrow smears were observed in 67 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL).The results showed that in 16.4% of 67 patients,the bone marrow megakaryocyte were increased or normal,which mainly consist of promegakaryocyte and granular forms,whereas,the numbers of megakaryocyte,which produce platelet,significantly dicreased and showed morphological change.The sparse platelets were observed both on the stained blood and bone marrow smears.
