Objective To investigate the adverse reactions after multiple nodular goiter surgery. Methods 92 patients with multiple nodular goiter sursery in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object. The adverse reactions after the surgery were analyzed comparatively. Results The postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups were pain and bleeding. By comparison, NRS score results for each period in the intervention group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05); 12 h bleeding results in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the results of comfort in the intervention group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05), with statistically significant difference. Conclusions For the multiple nodular goiter surgery patients, pain and bleeding are common clinical adverse symptoms. Taking timely and effective interventive measures can significantly reduce the occurrence of the related clinical adverse reactions.
