摘要
根据朗伯-比尔定律及其加和性,测定活性染料在拼色时每只染料在不同阶段的上染率,通过绘制上染曲线,结合现有工艺的可行性,优化工艺,指导生产,节约成本。
According to law of Lambert-Beer and its additivity, the paper tested dye uptake for each reactive dye in different dyeing stages in color matching. By integrating theoretical dyeing curve and existing process, it is acquired optimum cost-saving process parameters to guide manufacture.
