摘要
【目的】通过分析化州柚生长点土壤的酸度及其化橘红药材中柚皮苷的含量,探讨土壤酸度对化橘红柚皮苷含量的影响规律。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷含量,色谱柱:Kromasil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—水—体积分数36%乙酸(体积比49∶51∶4),流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:283 nm。土壤pH值测定按国家林业行业标准LY/T 1239-1999进行,采用水土质量比为2.5∶1进行测定。【结果】35份样品柚皮苷含量和土壤pH值呈显著性负相关,R2=0.243。【结论】土壤pH值对化橘红柚皮苷含量有显著影响,有利于化橘红柚皮苷含量积累的土壤pH值为4.3~4.5左右。
Objective To reveal the relationship between soil acidity and the content of naringin in Exocarpium Citri Grandis. Methods The soil acidity of the culture base for Exocarpium Citri Grandis and the content ofnaringin in Exocarpium Citri Grandis were measured. High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was adopted to determine the naringin in Exocarpium Cirri Grandis. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Kromasil ODS column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) , mobile phase being methanol-water-36% acetic acid (49: 51 : 4 ), flow rate being 1, 0 mL ·min^-1, detection wavelength at 283 nm and column temperature being room temperature. The pH value of the soll was determined by applying the State Forestry Industry Standard LY/T 1239- 1999, the mass proportion of soil to water being 2.5 : 1. Results The results showed that soil pH value was negatively correlated with the content of narlngin, and R2 = 0. 243. Coneluslon The soil pH value has significant effect on the content of naringin, and the optimal soil pH value is 4.3 - 4. 5 for the accumulation of naringin in Exocarpium Citri Grandis.
