摘要
在社会大环境的影响和诚信教育缺失的情况下,高职毕业生在就业过程中出现了种种不诚信行为,这对用人单位、学校和个人三方面都产生了负面影响。本文根据实践经验,提出了加强诚信教育、职业生涯规划教育、法制教育、建立信用评价机制、加强校企合作,实现高职毕业工作与企业无缝对接等措施,希望能够提高高职毕业生的诚信意识,从而促进其就业的稳定性。
At the influence of social environment and the absence of honesty education,higher vocational graduates in employment has appeared in the process of various acts of bad faith,the employing units,schools and three individuals have had a negative impact on.The author according to experience,puts forward to strengthen the integrity of education,occupation career planning education,legal education,establish the credit evaluation mechanism,strengthen the cooperation between college and enterprise,achieve higher vocational graduate work and enterprise seamless docking and other measures,hoping to improve higher vocational students' sense of integrity,so as to promote their employment stability.
