摘要
传媒处于第四权力机关的地位,与政府的关系密切相关。本文从简述政府与传媒的博弈模型出发,得到(不控制,公开信息)的纳什均衡。从这个博弈模型得到政府作为以及厘清政府与传媒的关系的启示:透明行政,向传媒放权,以及充分发挥传媒监督行政的作用,保障公民的知情权等,旨在提高政府行政的效果。
The media,in the fourth power authority position,has a close relationship to the government.This paper briefly describes the government and the media on the game model,and gets a Nash equilibrium（no control,open-information）.Cue in the game model,cultivating the government＇s behavior and clarifying the relationship between the media and government,can educes such a conclusion： transparently administrating,rationally and normatively decentralizing to the media,fully playing media＇s role of supervision and administration,and ensuring the citizen＇s right to know,the inside story is to improve the government administrative effect.
