摘要
自1994年,跨国并购首次超过绿地投资,成为跨国公司在对外直接投资中的主要方式。本文主要采用联合国贸易和发展会议发布的各年度《世界投资报告》中的数据,详细阐述了在第五次并购浪潮中跨国并购所呈现出的诸多特点,以便为需要引进FDI或是需要改变引进FDI方式的相关部门和研究者提供借鉴。
More than greenfield investment in the first time since 1994,the cross-border mergers and acquisitions has become the main form of foreign direct investment in multinational corporations.This paper used data of the World Investment Report each year published by the United Nations Trade and Development Conference,and elaborated on many of the characteristics of cross-border mergers and acquisitions showing in the fifth M A wave,to provide a reference for the relevant departments and researchers for the need to introduce FDI or need to change the introduction FDI approach.
