摘要
用手工焊接的方法焊接运动器件时,焊接效率低,工人工作环境差且焊接表面不美观,因此提出一种自动焊接加工原理——基于PMAC控制的数控焊接。该数控焊接机通过数控系统控制机床X轴、Y轴、Z轴三轴的联动以及焊枪绕A轴的摆动来进行自动焊接,本文将阐述该机床的总体设计方案。
Movement devices manual welding method for welding,welding efficiency is low,workers,poor working conditions and the welding surface unsightly,and therefore proposed a principle of automatic welding processing——based on PMAC controlled CNC welding.The CNC welding machine controlled by CNC system machine X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis three-axis linkage as well as welding torch around the axis A swing to automatic welding,the paper presents the overall design of the machine.
