摘要
针对高职院校学生的心理问题日益突出,探讨了班主任在班级管理过程中,如何通过增加心理辅导元素,作为班级管理的创新,有助于班级管理的开展和同学的心理健康。
This paper,dealing with increasing psychological problems among vocational students,discusses the ways of introducing psychological counseling,as class management innovation,into class management,which contributes to the development of the class management and students＇ mental health.
