在国家加快建设向西南开放重要桥头堡和瑞丽重点开发开放试验示范区的背景下,加快转变对缅贸易发展方式,构建中缅跨境经济合作沿边开放经济带,进一步巩固和加强友好合作关系,共建中缅睦邻安邻富邻示范区。
In the background of construction of Dehong and Ruili,our country quickens its pace to change trade mode with Myanmar,constructs economic cooperation area to deepen friendly cooperation relation,and builds an examplar area.
