摘要
采用均聚聚丙烯为树脂基体,通过添加有机蒙脱土(OMMT)、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)等制得聚丙烯(PP)改性料,然后加入自制发泡母料通过化学发泡制得了性能优异的微发泡制品。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了在不同成核剂含量和不同发泡母料含量下PP发泡复合材料的泡孔结构,同时利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了OMMT在PP中的插层情况。研究表明:PP-g-MAH的加入使OMMT的层间距在复合材料中发生变化;当添加3%OMMT和5%发泡母料时,可制得泡孔密度大、泡孔直径小并且分布均匀的高品质微发泡PP复合材料。
In this paper, the modified polypropylene composite was prepared with the addition of homopolypropylene as matrix, organic montmorillonite, PP-g-MAH, etc. Then, in order to acquire the high-quality micro foaming polypropylene, the home-made foaming master batch was added by chemical foaming. The cellular structure of PP composite materials with different contents of nucleating agent and different foaming master batch were determined by SEM, and the intercalation situation of organic montmorillonite composite was analyzed through XRD. The result indicated that the organic montmorillonite interlayer distance began to change with the addition of PP-g-MAH ; When the organic montmorillonite content was 3 % , foaming master batch content was 5%, the micro foaming polypropylene composite cell diameter, well-proportioned cell distribution. presented high cell density, diminutive
