摘要
基于Moldflow模流分析技术对MP4双色外壳制品成型过程进行模拟分析,确定浇口形式及位置等工艺参数,并设计了一模一腔,两模双色成型,冷流道模具,其一次成型模具采用潜伏式浇口的三板模,二次成型模具采用扇形浇口的两板模,降低了模具成本,最后阐述了该双色注塑模具的结构及工作原理。
Based on Moldflow analysis technology, the bi-color shell product of an MP4's forming process was simulated. The gate form and location and other main process parameters were identified. And one mould one cavity, two mould for hi-color molding and cold runner mold were designed. Three-plate mould and latent gate were used in its first shaping mould side, two-plate mould and fan gate were used in its second shaping mould side, so reduced the cost of mould. Finally, the structure and working progress of the bi-color injection mould were introduced.
