蒙脱土/BMI树脂纳米复合材料的力学性能 被引量:1

Mechanical Properties of MMT/BMI Nanocomposites

摘要 以烯丙基三苯基溴化磷(AP)作为界面改性剂对钠基蒙脱土进行制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT),采用原位聚合方法制备OMMT/二烯丙基双酚A改性二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)纳米复合材。并采用电子万能试验机和SEM研究该复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:OMMT含量为3 phr时复合材料具有较好的性能,其韧性和力学性能对于树脂基体都有明显的提高。 Na-montmorillonite was modified with allyl-tri-phenyl phosphonium bromide (AP) to obtain organic MMT (OMMT). The OMMT/BMI nanocomposites were prepared via in-situ polymerization, and the mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were studied using mechanical testing machine and SEM. The results showed that the nanocomposites had good mechanical properties when OMMT content was 3%, the fracture toughness and mechanical property of the nanocomposties was greatly improved when compared with those of the BMI resin.
