摘要 目的 :探索促炎症及抗炎症细胞因子在脓毒症肺损伤中的作用。方法 :采用 RT- PCR的方法比较了脓毒症小鼠肺组织中多种细胞因子 (促炎症细胞因子 TNFα、IL- 1β、IL- 6,抗炎症细胞因子 IL- 4 ) m RNA的表达。结果 :盲肠结扎穿孔 ( CL P)后 3 h TNFα、IL- 1β的表达即明显增高 ,12 h虽有所降低但仍明显高于假手术 ( sham)组 ;IL- 6基因在 CL P后 3 h亦明显增高 ,至 12 h似有进一步增高的趋势 ;而 IL- 4基因在 sham组和 CL P组中均有表达 ,各组间无明显差异。结论 Objective:To investigate the role of Pro and Anti inflammatory cytokine in sepsis induced lung injury. Methods:Sepsis was induced in mice by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Sham operation group underwent the same manipulation but without CLP. Pro inflammatory cytokine (TNFα, IL 1β, IL 6) and Anti imflammatory cytokine (IL 4) gene expression of lung tissue were assessed by RT PCR. Results:A significant increase in TNF, IL 1 and IL 6 gene expression was observed at 3 and 12 hours after CLP. The level of TNFα and IL 1β at 3 hours was higher than 12 hours, and the level of IL 6 gene expression at 12 hours was slightly higher than 3 hours. While no difference was seen in IL 4 gene expression between CLP and sham group. Conclusion:The unbalance of pro and anti inflammatory cytokine may play a key role in the development of sepsis induced lung injury.
