介绍了天津市津滨水厂自控系统的设计原则、网络拓扑结构、系统技术指标及系统配置。自控系统设计基于"集中管理,分散控制"的模式,致力于净水厂管控一体化监控系统的建设,具有良好的开放性,实现了对整个工艺流程及全部生产工艺设备的监测与控制,生产现场无人值守,中心控制室集中管理。
The design principle of automatic control system, network topology, system specifications and system configuration in Tianjin Jinbin Water Treatment Plant were introduced. The design of automatic control system was based on the mode of "central management, decentralized control" to construct a monitor system with control and management integration. The system has better openness, and it can monitor and control the whole process and the whole process equipment, and achieve unattended operation in the field and central management in the central control room.
