摘要
采用缺氧/好氧/一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理养猪污水,对该工程的调试和运行两个阶段进行跟踪检测,发现调试阶段通过间歇曝气可以满足活性污泥增殖对溶解氧的需求;正常运行后,该工艺对污水中COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的去除率分别可达90%、95%、85%和72%,出水COD、NH3-N、TN和TP分别在100、30、60和20 mg/L以下,能满足冲圈、灌溉等回用需求。
Anoxic/acrobic/submerged membrane bioreactor process was used to treat swine wastcwater. Two stages of commissioning and operation of the project were monitored, and it was found that intermittent aeration could meet the requirement for DO in activated sludge proliferation. After the normal operation of the process, the removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP in wastewater were 90%, 95%, 85% and 72% respectively or even more, and the corresponding effluent concentrations were less than 100 rag/L, 30 rag/L, 60 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively, meeting wastewater reuse demands for cleaning the pigsty and irrigation.
