摘要
目的 :探讨 DNA含量 ,雌、孕激素受体 (ER、PR)与临床病理特性及预后的关系。方法 :DNA含量 ,ER、PR分别采用图像分析技术及免疫组化技术进行检测。结果 :子宫内膜癌组 DNA含量明显高于 (P<0 .0 1)、ER、PR阳性率则低于 (P<0 .0 5 )子宫内膜腺瘤型增生组及正常子宫内膜组。随着子宫内膜癌由高分化到低分化 ,其 DNA含量逐渐增加 ,ER、PR阳性率逐渐减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;二倍体的子宫内膜癌 ER、PR阳性率高 ,预后较好 ,异倍体则反之 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :子宫内膜癌细胞核 DNA含量与 ER、PR具有相关性。DNA含量、ER、PR与子宫内膜癌的病理分级。
Objectives:[WT5”BZ]We determined DNA content,estrogen and progesterone receptor(ER/PR)levels in 42 endometrial carcinomas,22 endometrial adenomatous hyperplasia and 20 normal endometrium to obtain information from them.Method:[WT5”BZ]DNA ploidy was measured with image analysis technology and ER/PR was adopted using immunohistochemical assay.Results:[WT5”BZ]DNA content of endometrial carcinoma was the highest while ER/PR level was the lowest in the three groups,the difference was significantly ( P <0.01).DNA aneuploidy was significantly( P <0.01) more common in poorly snd moderately differentiaed carcinomas than that in the well differenticated ones.Similarly,the lowest positive rate of these redeptors was found in poorly differentiated carcinomas,whereas in well differentiated carcinomas,all hyperplasias and normals it was higher.Both the DNA content and ER/PR status were related to survial rate.It was also significant that the prognosis for diploidy patients whose tumors were positive of ER/PR level was better prognosis than those in whose receptors were not present in ( P <0.01).Conclusions:[WT5”BZ]ER/PP level was associated with DNA Ploidy.Nuclear DNA content,ER/PR of endometrial carcinomas were related to its histopathological grade,clinical stage and prognosis.
