摘要
目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗结核性脑膜炎（ＴＢＭ）的临床疗效。方法 ７５例结核性脑膜炎患者随机分为 ２组，治疗组 ３７例在常规西医抗痨治疗基础上加用中药抗痨清脑汤治疗，对照组 ３８例采用常规西医抗痨治疗。 ３０日为 １个疗程，２个疗程后比较疗效。结果 治疗组显效率 ５１． ４％，总有效率 ８６． ５％；对照组分别为 ２８． ９％、６５． ８％，差异均有显著性（ Ｐ＜０． ０５）。结论 以抗痨清脑汤为主的中西医结合疗法治疗ＴＢＭ疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of combination of TCM and Western Medicine for treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods 75 patients of tuberculous meningi- tis were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n =37) antiphthisic qinnao de- coction combined with routine antiphthisic Western Medicine was taken and in control group (n = 38) only routine antiphthisic Western Medicine thyroxin was taken. Results The total effec- tive rate (86. 5 %,) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (65. 8%, p<CO. 01). Conclusions Antiphthisic qinnao decoction combined with routine antiphthisic Western Medicine is an effective treatment for tuberculous meningitis.
