摘要
在足坛扫赌反腐牵涉范围扩展至中国足协高层,显示出中央政府搞好足球坚定决心大背景下,参照中央领导关于足球工作最新讲话精神,以与足球运动发展关系密切的学校足球教育为视角展开深入分析,为校园足球进一步推广和发展寻找理论依据、提出意见建议。从教育的目的与责任出发,运用文献资料、数据统计、逻辑分析等方法,分析了足球的社会化属性及其因此而具有的不可替代教育价值和特殊社会公益价值,结合日本借助学校足球振兴竞技足球的实例,提请教育相关部门深刻认识和研究足球运动,认真履行自己参与制定的教育目的和肩负的社会责任,大力推广学校足球,为中国足球破后重立贡献应有且不可或缺的力量。同时建议政府应出面对教育和体育系统的协同配合给予引导、鼓励和监督协调。
The corruption campaign in Chinese football field shows the great determination of Central Government to promote Chinese football, and according to the spirit of top leaders＇ speeches concerning football work, the deep analysis is made in order to find out theoretical basis for campus football further development from the angle of school football education which tightly concerns the development of football, and puts out some suggestions and advices. By means of literature review, data statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the irreplaceable educational and public beneficial values of football led by its social attributes from the cut--in point of education purpose and social responsibility, introduced the example of Japan football prosperity based on school football, prompted educational departments to deeply recognize and study on football, seriously fulfilled the purpose and social responsibility of education, promo- ted school football with full efforts, and contributed indispensable power to reconstruct Chinese football. At the same time, it suggests that the government should provide guidance, encouragement and intendance for the two systems of education and sport to cooperate with coordination.
