摘要
目的:了解中山市医院药剂人员的精神健康状况,为制定相应制度,辅助药师更好地服务患者提供参考。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对61名中山市基层医院药剂人员进行问卷调查,评价药剂人员精神健康状况。结果:中山市基层医院药剂人员的总体精神状态为健康,其中有60.66%的药剂人员的精神状态为完全健康,而有39.34%的药剂人员的精神状态存在不同程度的抑郁可能性,其中有19.67%的药剂人员的精神健康问题需要特别关注;男性群体在抑郁情绪、悲伤感、人际关系差、自我评价下降等四类因子的分值均比女性群体高(P<0.05);药剂人员普遍对自我价值持肯定态度。结论:男性、年轻、高学历、低工龄、工作经验少、自认付出与报酬不成比例、自认无发展空间是产生中山市医院药剂人员精神健康问题的七大要素。
OBJECTIVE:To understand the mental health of pharmaceutical staff in primary hospital of Zhongshan,in order to provide reference for the relative system,and to help pharmaceutical staff serve the patients.METHODS:Self-report Depression Scale(CES-D) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 61 pharmaceutical staff in primary hospital cases of Zhongshan.RESULTS:The overall mental state of pharmaceutical staff in primary hospital was healthy,of which mental state of 60.66% pharmaceutical staff was completely healthy,the mental state of 39.34% pharmaceutical staff suffered from varying degrees of depression probably,among which mental health problems of 19.67% pharmaceutical personnel required of special attention of managers to;the scores of four factors in male groups were higher than in female group,such as depression,a sense of sadness,poor interpersonal relationships,fall of self-evaluation,there was significant difference between two populations(P0.05);pharmaceutical staff had positive perceptions of self-worth generally.CONCLUSION:Male,young,highly educated,low seniority,work experience,pay and remuneration out of proportion,no space for development is to produce seven elements of mental health problems of pharmaceutical staff in primary hospital of Zhongshan.
