闭合性肾损伤患者保守治疗的护理干预

摘要 肾损伤是泌尿外科常见的急症,临床上的治疗原则以保守治疗为主,治疗目的是最大限度的保护有功能的肾组织。绝大多数采取非手术治疗。然而有相当一部分患者在保守治疗过程中不能严格绝对卧床,便秘、疼痛、恐惧、焦虑情绪等导致康复延迟,甚至非手术治疗失败。为了使患者更好的配合治疗,早日康复,我科对肾损伤非手术治疗患者的采取有效护理干预措施,收到满意的效果,现报告如下。
